Whilst most users will probably require some paper copy of the specifications produced there is naturally a requirement for electronic storage and transmission

Our e-PALLET module allows you e-mail any specification directly from the within PALLETMANAGER using your normal e-mail system. The popular Adobe PDF format is used for this. Your email system is loaded for you, a new mail message is opened and the PDF file placed as an attachment.

A further option is to use an Intranet / Internet or CD to provide others with access to your specifications. Once again PALLETMANAGER has these facilities already built-in.

PALLETMANAGER also has its own STORE database where any specifications produced can be stored. They can subsequently be retrieved, re-printed or viewed, and data held can be automatically be entered into PALLETMANAGER screens for a re-run.

The Save function is executed on the same screen as that from where printouts are selected. It provides compact storage for 5000 specifications (expandable), and requires around 10Mb to hold 5000 specifications.
